FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Formal With Personality.

    We’d love you to dress formally while still showing some personality. Colour, texture, print and fun details are very welcome.

    Please note that white and baby blue are reserved colours and should not be worn by guests.

    Please see our dress-code inspiration section for some guidance.

  • Unfortunately, no. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally named on your invitation.

  • Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only guests specifically named on the invitation are invited.

  • Please arrive at The Sienna by 2:30 PM at the latest.

    Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

    If you are travelling on one of our coaches, please be at your selected pick-up location by 2:00 PM for a 2:10 PM departure.

  • Yes, however parking is limited to approximately 30 cars.

    We strongly recommend using the provided wedding coaches where possible.

  • Yes.

    Coaches will collect guests from:

    • Rydges Resort Hunter Valley

    • Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens

    Guests must be at their selected pick-up point by 2:00 PM, with coaches departing at 2:10 PM sharp.

    Return coaches will leave The Sienna at 11:00 PM, with one coach travelling to Rydges and one travelling to Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens.

    Please reserve your coach seat through your RSVP.

  • We would really appreciate our guests helping us keep our wedding phone-free.

    For privacy reasons, we kindly ask that no photos or videos are taken during either the ceremony or reception.

    Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the day professionally, so we’d love for everyone to put their phones away, be present and enjoy the celebration with us.

  • Yes. The property is wheelchair accessible.

    If you have any additional accessibility requirements, please let us know through your RSVP.

  • Yes. A wishing well will be available at the reception for guests who would like to give a gift.

  • Absolutely.

    Guests are welcome to stay wherever they choose.

    Please keep in mind that our wedding coaches will only collect from Rydges Resort Hunter Valley and Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens, so you will need to make your own way to one of these locations if you would like to use the provided transport.
