Getting to the wedding
coach pick up locations:
Rydges Resort Hunter Valley
Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens
Guests using the coach must be at their selected pick-up location by 2:00 PM.
Coaches will depart at 2:10 PM sharp.
Please do not be late, as the coaches will not be able to wait.
Guests will need to reserve their coach seat through the RSVP form.
returning after the wedding
Coaches will depart The Sienna at 11:00 PM, immediately following the conclusion of the reception.
There will be:
One coach returning to Rydges Resort Hunter Valley
One coach returning to Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens
Guests should select their required coach and destination when completing their RSVP.
parking
Parking is available at The Sienna, however on-site parking is limited to approximately 30 cars.
For this reason, we strongly recommend using the provided wedding coaches where possible.
Guests choosing to drive are encouraged to organise carpooling.
